EFA is run by a board of trustees who help the staff run the organisation. Trustees are volunteers who are legally and ethically responsible for the running of a charity and making sure that the organisation is doing the best for its beneficiaries. We are looking to recruit more trustees with the following experience:
Learning ESOL
Teaching ESOL
Campaigning and/or community organsiing
HR
Communications
Fundraising
