NEW Participatory ESOL workshop series for teachers, beginning October 2021

Are you an ESOL teacher who is interested in learning more about participatory ESOL approaches to working with adult English learners? Come train with EFA!

Inspired by the teachings of Paolo Freire, EFA’s participatory ESOL teacher training series will consist of four of our most popular workshops: (1) Intro to Participatory ESOL; (2) Theatre of the Oppressed for Language (ESOL) teachers; (3) Community Organising for ESOL teachers; and (4) Our Languages, which is based on a collaborative action research project conducted alongside King’s College London. Choose amongst these workshop offerings, or sign up for all four to build a comprehensive toolkit you can utilise in your future classes.

Workshops will take place online, except for the Theatre of the Oppressed training on 3 and 10 November, which will be in-person in a London venue (specific location TBA).

For individual attendees, workshop fees (including all materials) are: £40/pp (£20 concession / £60 for attendees sponsored by their organisations).
