After starting as a volunteer with EFA and London Citizens back in 2008, Ariel worked in a part-time capacity at EFA for several years before entering the Criminology and Psychological Studies programme at the Open University in the UK. He is responsible for EFA’s financial management, as well as project budgeting and monitoring, including for our major Erasmus+ and CLIP/AMIF projects.
In addition to overseeing EFA’s finances in collaboration with the fundraising team, he facilitates the Finance & Fundraising sub-group of staff and trustees, which supports the full Board of Trustees in vital decision-making for the charity. Ariel is also part of the Executive Team, which takes accountability for EFA's risk management and compliance.
In his free time, he enjoys music, art and sports.
