Mindfulness Workshop [Open to All]
Join us on Tuesday, 15 June, for a 90-minute session led by the wonderful team at Museum of Happiness, where we will learn tools and techniques to reduce stress, increase resilience and be kinder to ourselves so that we can live a happier, more fulfilling life.
This online session was made possible with the support of Near Neighbours, and it is part of our seven-session series promoting positive health outcomes by supporting migrants, refugees and people seeking asylum to gain wellbeing tools and knowledge of local resources available to them.
The workshop will be language-accessible and EFA teacher-organisers will be in attendance to support students with language comprehension. This is a proactively safe space for all migrants.
