Students from Tower Hamlets had a great day-trip crossing the River Thames and overlooking views of London from both North and South. We started out by visiting the Tower Bridge exhibition which offered interesting photographs, videos and amazing views from the walkways. We then took the Thames Clipper for a relaxing boat trip from Tower Pier to Greenwich and spent the afternoon admiring the beautiful sites including the Cutty Sark, Painted Hall and Chapel. It was a really refreshing to visit a different part of London and remember how much there is to see here. After sightseeing we walked to the Royal Observatory to enjoy our second epic view of the city. We rounded off our trip by crossing the river for the last time using the Greenwich foot tunnel which took us back to Tower Hamlets. A fantastic trip that everyone should do!
