Shah joined the EFA in 2024. Shah has been teaching English as a second
language since 2018 working in various Colleges and local authorities in London.
Shah is a qualified teacher and has degrees in Politics (QMUL) and in Law (UoL).
Shah has also completed the PGCE (UCL) and Celta Course and has recently
completed an MA in Education at Kings College University. Shah was born and
raised in London’s East End, to parents of Bangladeshi descent. He is able to speak
Sylheti and Bangla and is passionate about helping people in local communities to
achieve their true potential. Shah is an avid Liverpool FC fan and is hoping for more
success on the football field. In 2022, Shah toured his native country of Bangladesh
where he played football in cities across the country.
